Challenges

Following a big-bang SAP implementation of the client’s mission-critical system, the client was in need of a management information platform to consolidate global data and enable “BI Visualization” throughout the organization.

Project Overview

It was a large-scale project that introduced SAP BW as an information system to rebuild the management information platform. GRANVALLEY first carried out the introduction to domestic offices and then deployed to overseas offices sequentially.

During the domestic SAP BW introduction, GRANVALLEY was involved in all phases from concept design through to maintenance and operation. We provided Team Management, BI System Introduction, and SAP Technical Consulting Services.
